Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation (MCC; Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo Japan), a parent company of Mitsubishi Chemical Analytech Co., Ltd. (MCAT; Head office: Yamato, Kanagawa Japan), announced on 28th February 2020 an agreement to transfer MCAT’s entire business and assets to Nittoseiko Co., Ltd. (NSC: Head office; Ayabe, Kyoto, Japan) effective on 1st April 2020.
The new company name will be Nittoseiko Analytech Co., Ltd. from the effective date.
Our business, customer service, office locations, TEL/ FAX numbers remain the same.
